Sarah Hamza

Sarah Hamza is Director of Audience Development at the Stratford Festival, responsible for team of 250 employees that lead all guest-facing departments including Box Office, Cafes and Catering, Front of House, Retail, Distribution and Reception.  Sarah joined the Festival in early 2014, arriving with 10-years progressive leadership experience gained through a series of Management roles at Purolator Inc. based in Mississauga, Ontario.   Her career progressed through a series of strategic positions in strategy and government relations, culminating in her final role as Director, Public Affairs.  Reporting to Purolator’s CEO as part of the 7 member management team for the billion dollar organization, Sarah was responsible for building customer loyalty and engagement through a variety of external relations initiatives.

 

Prior to joining Purolator, Sarah earned an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business in London, Ontario where she also served as business instructor for four years.

 

Sarah moved to Stratford in 2012 with her husband and two small daughters.  Since moving to the community, she has been an active volunteer, working with the Stratford Perth Community Foundation, Stratford Rotary Club, Town and Gown Advisory group and serves as co-chair of the annual “Strides for Sophie” charity run.

Melissa Graham

Melissa Graham was born and raised right here in Stratford. She started as a hostess at Boston Pizza and has been with the company since the opening of their restaurant here 8 years ago. After graduating from Conestoga College with an Advanced Diploma in Business Admin Marketing, she took on the role of General Manager of Boston Pizza Stratford. Time spent with Stratford Summer Music helped to foster her passion for marketing which she hopes will help the Stratford & District Chamber of Commerce and its members develop more strategic and inspiring marketing campaigns. Melissa is also an active of the Animal Welfare Committee. During her spare time Melissa enjoys perusing downtown Stratford and attending local events with friends.

Kimberley MacMaster

Kimberley started working in Stratford in August of 2014. She moved to Stratford permanently in January 2015 after the winter commute finally bested her. Now she loves her 5 minute commute to work, which is at Vista Radio, CJCS 1240 and 107.7 2DayFM where she is an Account Executive. She has an extensive Media & Advertising background and although she has a Television Broadcasting Diploma from Fanshawe College, she has been employed primarily working in Radio, (90.5 myFM Exeter/Grand Bend, AM1410/Q97.5FM and CJBK/BX-93 in London) she always kept her hand in television by volunteering with the Community Channels at TV Cogeco in Sarnia and Rogers Television in London. She is a very creative person and loves creating clever marketing campaigns and memorable advertising and branding for businesses. She believes that if you truly love what you do, you will never ‘work’ a day in your life.

Jon Dalby

Jon Dalby has been a resident of Stratford for 25 years. Jon grew up in Newmarket, spent time in London and Windsor before settling down in Stratford. He enjoys the diversity of the city: the strong cultural influences, the athletics and sporting events and most of all, the people.  Currently, Jon is the Co-Owner and General Manager of Mark’s Work Wearhouse (and has been for 25 years).  Jon is constantly developing and supporting new initiatives to grow and improve his business and believes that supporting the business community from a retail perspective is important for Stratford’s economic growth. In his free time, Jon enjoys hockey and auto racing. He hopes that as a member of the Board he can ensure the health and prosperity of the Stratford & District Chamber of Commerce.

Don McNabb

Don McNabb has been working in Stratford since January 2014. The arts and cultural accents in Stratford are part of the reason that he doesn’t mind commuting for work! Currently, Don is a Community Branch Member at Scotiabank where he provides financial planning, commercial and small business banking support to people in Stratford and surrounding area. Previously, he has worked in Toronto, St. Thomas and London. Professionally, Don is passionate about building trusting relationships and believes in the golden rule of networking-givers get! Don enjoys contributing to the community, golfing and spending time with family while not at work. He believes family is what keeps you grounded. He brings a lot of experience and hopes his life lessons will carry the Board forward in a positive direction.
