I am a contract Director / Senior Project Manager, a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP). My specific skillsets reside in: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Implementations and as a Project Management Governance Champion.

I focus on bringing strong project management skills to any organization.  My key skills include, planning, risk management, budget and scope control. I focus on effective communication and reporting. Over the last several years my career has led me to being responsible for managing large or enterprise wide Finance and Operations system implementations. I work with teams of Functional Analysts, Solution Architects, Technical Architects and Developers.  

I am a project management educator, having worked with York University's, Schulich School of Business teaching project management concepts, as well as teaching Microsoft Project across the globe. I am considered an expert in scheduling, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong presentations skills honed over 25 years of teaching and consulting.
