With over 20 years of service, we provide comprehensive support to individuals from all walks of life, including people with disabilities, mature workers, students, and newcomers to the area.

Our mission is simple: to match individual talents and skills with employers' recruitment needs. We accomplish this by offering personalized assistance through our Employment Resource Centres located in Stratford, Listowel, and St. Marys. Our services include one-on-one job search support, the creation of Return to Work Action Plans, and access to essential resources like computers, internet access, and local labor market information.
