Shelterlink Youth Services
Shelterlink supports youth aged 16-24 experiencing homelessness, or at risk of homelessness in Perth County, through prevention, advocacy, shelter and community connection services.
Shelter Services:
Shelterlink provides 15 emergency, short-term shelter beds for youth experiencing homelessness. Shelter program focuses on diversion, intensive case management and operates from a Housing First for Youth model.
Outreach Servies:
Shelterlink provides outreach support to youth at risk of homelessness. Outreach services focus on prevention through diversion, mediation, family reunification, trusteeship and community consultation services.
Hours:
Office – Mon-Fri 9am-5pm.
Emergency shelter services available 24/7.
There are no fees associated with program.
