Perth Community Futures is a community-based, not-for-profit organization overseen by a board of local volunteers. It is staffed by professionals who encourage entrepreneurship and the pursuit of economic opportunities. Using federal funds, we offer small business loans from $5000 to $250,000 to entrepreneurs whose ideas fall outside the typical lending criteria of a bank.
